The Forum brought together Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Ministers, State Secretaries and senior government officials from the five Nordic countries of Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, and eleven African countries namely Benin, Botswana, Ghana, Lesotho, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia. The Forum is held annually and provides an important platform for members to dialogue and exchange ideas on current African, Nordic and International issues.
